I recently bought a few Photo Cubes from Michael’s and here’s my first project for inside one of them. I used a 12×12 scrapbook page from Heritage Makers and will cut it out and use a scoring blade for the folds. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

Here’s my latest Heritage Makers project, made using a 12×12 scrapbook page, that I wanted to share with you…

For the text I included our bedtime prayer – the lyrics to “Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep”. I can’t wait for it to arrive so I can frame it and hang it on baby Emily’s wall.

If you’re looking for a great home decor project, stop right here! I just finished this one using the 8×8 scrapbook pages with Heritage Makers. Click here to see the project preview. When the pages arrived, I went to Staples and had them foam-core mounted, then I drilled holes, glued in grommets and ribbon and voila!
Here’s the final result:

Here’s the latest project I finished using Heritage Maker’s 8×8 scrapbook pages. I am going to mount them on thin plywood, sand the edges, drill 2 holes in the top and 2 in the bottom, tap in some grommets and hang ribbon between the squares and then finish it with a longer ribbon tied in a bow at the top to hang. Instant vertical wall art!

I was next in line to a British lady at the post office this week and heard her talking about how difficult it was to find Mother’s Day cards for her relatives in the UK. Their Mother’s Day is the 3rd Sunday in March, while Mom’s special day here is in May. The card stores don’t have much of a selection yet. I leaned over and told her that next year she can create her own Mother’s Day cards through Heritage Makers – she was thrilled!
With that thought in mind, are you looking for something fun to do this weekend? Why not create greeting cards! In just a couple of hours, you could have your entire year’s worth of birthday, holiday, and “any time” cards all finished. Plus, with Heritage Makers, you can have completely customizable greeting cards.
Gather some friends together, browse the Heritage Makers Template Gallery for some fun templates, swap ideas, and create some beautiful cards! You’ll have a great time bonding with your kids, creating memories with your girlfriends, and getting organized for the rest of the year. Think of how great it will be when grandma’s birthday rolls around and you’ve already got an adorable card created for her. Read more from Heritage Maker’s blog

I just had to share what I made for my daughter, Katrina (4), to pass out to her friends at preschool and to send to her Grandparents and Aunts & Uncles for Valentine’s Day this year. I used our Playing Card Deck and made variations of these cards:

Brother James (2) got one too:

And my husband’s “homemade” gift is a 12×12 page that I’m framing. Here’s a peak at it:

Happy Heart Day!
